No woman deserves to be looked at like an animal fixated on its prey, about to devour it, because of the clothes she chooses to wear.

No woman deserves to be denigrated by words or whistles, as neither of them is a compliment.

No woman deserves to be touched or groped without her consent, and although it’s obvious, it must remain a firm warning.

No woman deserves to feel fragile while walking, to be harassed, disgusted, or to have their dignity torn away.

No woman deserves to live in fear, to feel like an object of desire and vulnerable, begging for respect.

No woman deserves what you do, and yet we have no choice but to let you be, ignore you, or perhaps give you a disapproving look or shout at you to somehow calm our anger and express our discomfort, if only that could resolve something.

But you don’t care; you keep doing everything wrong, and all we can do is to endure you along, one by one.

No one deserves it, but in the 21st century, it’s still 'no woman,' and this is another plea, a voice that wants to be heard, for us to be allowed to live and for fear of being defeated.
