Transform the wounds of your life into works of art

Art is not limited to poetry, music, or painting. Art also beats within you and me. Each of us is a unique masterpiece, adorned with beauty and scars that make us special. Our scars are the marks of the difficult moments we have faced, such as heartbreak, illness, rejection, sadness, and loneliness. But here we are, sharing this space because we have had the courage to persist and transform. We have learned to turn our wounds into beautiful works of art.

This was the theme I chose to address in the interview conducted by Daniel Estrada in September 2023 on the program Despierta Conciencia. Starting at minute 18:35, I share more about my creative process, anchored in poetry, and how each experience has shaped my essence.
